    I was able to add the offer from the target circle offers link in my account, but it wouldn't apply to any toy I clicked on.

    I didn't try it for this offer, but you can probably contact customer service via chat or phone to get them to apply the discount before placing the order. (They've applied discounts to my online orders before when I ordered and literally the next day they had a sale or coupon offer). YMMV and good luck!

    I don't think it's active at the moment. Those coupons have been popping in and out for the past couple of days. Should be back up within a day or two I think.
