I preordered 3 Dark Skyfires from them back in January. I received the box a week or two ago but didn't get it until today... it was delivered to another address. Anyway, to my shock, they only shipped me 1. The person who hand wrote the customs form put a $104 value on it too. How could he believe that Dark Skyfire is worth that much by himself? I don't understand that. I tried to email them tonight at both [email protected] and [email protected] and they both bounced. Has anybody ever dealt with their customer service? How good are they about fixing order issues? Thanks.

Recipient's mailbox is full, message returned to sender. (#5.2.2)

Damn, was the box only big enough to fit one. I only ask since you said it was delivered to another address. Maybe they poached two of them.

I contacted them about a week ago with a general question and got a response really fast. I would try the info email address again tomorrow. They may have been flooded with emails on the weekend. As far as the customs writer not knowing, I wouldn't put too much into that. he may not be the guy packing the order, or anything. Errors happen, hopefully it gets figured out.

Yeah the box is the size of 1 Skyfire. I paid for EMS shipping and the person I shipped it to had to pick it up for me at the post office when she wasn't home during the delivery.

Considering that a lot of retailers were selling it for $90 and the crazy range of prices that transformers go for it can easily be an honest mistake from the warehouse worker. Good luck.

I'm sure it was a packing mistake, but it's killing me that I can't contact them.

No doubt it would be driving me batty as well, since they have an awesome price, Total shipped for me was $64 USD, $40 cheaper then BBTS with shipping and I got it in 2 days, from HONG KONG. BBTS is in the same country! LOL

Ouch. I too had to go to the post office to pick up mine last week. I ordered 2 and got two from them, no problem. As a brief aside, RK is for whatever reason selling these below cost; while exchange varies, it was USD $41 to order a Dark Skyfire at the time, stores like BBTS and TFSource markups in the $90 are the real prices with their markup since they tack on profit and have you pay for their shipping as well. It almost seems like RK has decided to more or less step out of the picture, allowing you to get the figure from them as a proxy rather then a reseller.

Anyway, I'd wait and try again later given the Holidays, then contact them again. I've never had a problem with RK, but to be honest, I don't order a whole lot from them either.

To be fair, RK was originally charging $65-$70 so it would have cost the same to get it from them as from BBTS and TFSource. It's unclear why they dropped the price to $35-$40 but I highly doubt it's below their cost. Maybe they got a bulk deal to pick up the leftovers as Dark Skyfire may be less popular then the seekers, the only other Henkei store (non-convention/mail-in/credit-card) exclusives that have been produced. What's awesome about them though is that I originally preordered it at the higher $65 price and they refunded me the difference when they dropped the price.

35.00? damn good deal for one. now i might have to buy one, is it the same as the 80.00+ version at bbts? what a huge price difference.

Robotkingdom is shady!!! I ordered a City Commander set and 2 of the PE-01 Shadow Warrior figures over a month ago, and I tired for the past few weeks to email them with no reply. It wasn't until I filed a claim with Paypal that they contacted me saying first that it was shipped out with no delivery confirmation or any other type of proof, and then they said it was shipped that day and then I received an email later saying they didn't ship it yet! OK, which one is it???? The one thing they were trying to push me to do was close the Paypal claim, going so far as to try and offer me free stuff if and only if I close the claim. I refused and then they tried telling me that they we not going to send the package until the claim was closed. Since you cannot reopen a claim once it is closed, I informed them that once the package arrived, I'd gladly close the claim since I'd have what I wanted. I still have not received the package and I have not heard anything else from them to let me know the package shipped so I guess I'll have to wait on Paypal to get my money back. Sorry, but for $172.00 and some change, I'll be damned if I'm going to get taken by someone who can't even get their story straight. For future reference, I'd gladly spend a little more and deal with TFSource since I know I who I'm dealing with and since they are here in the States, it'd take a fraction of the tmie and money for shipping as well.

I preordered back in January, I'm well out of my dispute window for either paypal or credit card. This will be my first and last time preordering that far in advance from them. Actually, this is my first purchase with them and I may not use them again either way.
