So, I was thinking...Now that we have Star Wars, Marvel and Disney Transformers, I am really starting to take the idea of a Nintendo crossover toy line quite seriously.

Just think about. We could have Mario, Luigi, and the rest of the Mushroom Kingdom turn into their carts from the Mario Cart series. Captain Falcon would turn into the Blue Falcon, Samus could transform into her spaceship and Fox McCloud would be an R-Wing. Link would have to be his wolf form from Twilight Princess, and Ganondorf would turn into that huge pig-like Ganon from the same game.

The only problem would be Pokemon figures. Meowth would be a hot air balloon, but other then that I'm stuck.

My question is: would you buy Nintendo Transformers?
"Hey, Emerald? Are you in here? What do you want for supp...AAHH!!"
"EEEEKKK! Hot Shot, I'm taking a shower!"
Live with a bunch of alien robots, and expect things like this to happen.

If we get a Krystal one...in a heartbeat.

ROB and Midna would be nice too.

One major problem with that: Star Wars and Marvel license their toy production to Hasbro while Disney Japan licenses their toy production to TakaraTomy. Nintendo on the other hand... well OK, Nintendo gives their merchandise license to a number of companies so I guess it wouldn't necessarily be impossible. I'd say, if it does happen it'll more likely be on the Japanese TakaraTomy side.

I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo gave merch rights to both of them. Transformers has turned into a serious money printer lately and Nintendo wouldn't be so reluctant to get some profit out of that.

Release just a couple of pokemon that either transform into either a pokeball or into an evolved form. For evolving ones preferably where the two forms are radically different

I wouldn't touch Pokemon TFs with even a 2 mile long pole.
But some other Nintendo stuff, i might.
Samus
Simon Belmont/Castlevania
Blaster Master
just ideas, mind you.

I wouldnt want such a thing.

Nintendo just needs to find a good company to make NORMAL, ARTICULATED TOYS of their characters.

Seriously, how dumb is it that there's a guitar hero toyline, but not a zelda toyline? and no, the random toys that have come out over the years don't count. I mean an actual toyline. like-likes, octoroks, wizzrobes, all that stuff.

I'd stop buying transformers just to be able to focus on such a line.

yeah, got off topic, but.... oh well.

I do not want, nor need more Nintendo swag. Their characters have grown tired and pointless.

And Radicons have done Metroid, one of the few mecha designs, justice in the past.
