it's been bugging me for a while, the colour scheme is good it's just the cheap white bits on his arms and chest and i'm not going through the effort of making a custom.the only problem is that what if there won't be a repaint and by the time I can buy him he'll be too much. your thoughts? |

I would expect a G1 inspired repaint, but I could be wrong. I think the current one serves its purpose. Its not great, but it isn't a terrible representation.
On that note, I really hope they don't make a G1 inspired one, because outside of looking decent attached to prime, I think it would look terrible, but I will reserve final judgment for when/if we see it. One inspired by Prime's design may be interesting though as armor.

Many stores (like Walmart) are selling Leaders for $35 and there is no guarantee that Hasbro will repaint the mold. If you look at him from the top down in plane mode, he looks really good (just not so great from eye level or above). I have one and I'm really happy with him.
