Considering how much Takara stuff they bring over here and considering this Optimus Prime (DVD Edition) - ROTF Main Line - Transformers Resources I'd say it's a pretty safe bet that we will be getting a slightly different but similar colored prime to match the new black Megatron. (And Probably a white Jetfire at some point as well).
Will they call it Nemesis Prime? Almost certainly not, I've noticed they have become very afraid of making a movie prime mold anything other than prime, just look at the voyager mold (no magnus, nemesis, etc.)
Maybe they think it will confuse the kiddies of something? >.>

Collection Count: 75 | Nightwatch Optimus Prime from "Allspark Power" had a genuine Nemesis color scheme, but I don't think making a character named "Nemesis Prime" would be very effective in the movie-line. Many common people would just think it's Prime with new paint, not an all new character, which is why they named Nightwatch Optimus what they did.  | |
