Can I Repair "Shredded" Screws?

Is there a chance in hell that I can fix shredded screws? If so how?

Thanks in advance.

If the screw is cross shaped, try using a flat head screw driver. If that doesn't work, try putting a tiny drop of superglue onto the head of the screw. Wait for it to dry, then try unscrewing the screw cause the superglue would give the screw more twist and shape.

It didn't work? Why don't you take a picture of the screw and post it.
