use this thread to post stuff about toys that some people may not no.

    ill start

you can give the datson brothers feet posability if u put out their feet.

and, i just figured this out today, but g2 deluxe classics megatron has a hand(ish!)

    take classics g2 megatron

remove the gun arm completely (it goes back on)

remove the tip of the gun (also can go back on), just to make it easier to deal with

take the inside little plug where the hand should be

attach the tip of the gun, to the plug on the arm.

viola! u have a semi legit hand for g2 megatron.

the gun still looks like a gun and this look much better.

everything can be put back to normal and u have to put it back for transformation.

    what discoveries do u have?\

    yes, those are tf sheets.

Not many, I however enjoy the one on Animated Shockwave. Where his torso can lean forward. I was getting p'oed at his transformation and though I had broken him only to discover his more show accurate self

THIS is quite nice, I'm gonna do it to my Special Edition right now!

    EDIT-
Well I'm back and it works much less well on the SE. Might be the change in plastic, but you've REALLY got to mash it on there to get it to fit, and then it wants very badly to pop off again. It went VIOLENTLY flying 3 times before I gave up. May have to dig up a Gundam fist to mount there though, it's still a great idea!

I didn't realize in the cockpit for Classics Treadbolt/Jetfire/Dreadwind there's a console with details and controls. Nifty detail.

I've had Soundwave since 1984 and never realized his guns were batteries and could be stored in his back.

I didn't know you could pull down the G1 Aerialbot's legs to make them longer until I had them for a few months.

Everyone knows about this now....but.....I didn't know Universe Prowl had extendable feet until several months after buying the toy........

And a more recently realised one (which I'd liked to think my thread realised) is that G1 Metroplex can combine with Hotspot, Silverbolt *and* Onslaught and Motormaster.

Wait, what do you mean extendable feet? Pics please?

I have the Silver/Bluestreak mold back home and I never noticed that his feet could be pulled out further. I guess I'll have to check that out.

just pull down on his feet. its gonna be a tight at first but it opens up a lot more posability.

Classics deluxe Optimus Prime, the one that comes in the 2 pack with Megatron. I didn't know you could lock his spinning gimmick in place by pulling the little black pin for a couple of years.
