Yea, it was nice to learn that those launchers and guns could fit in the peg holes. I'm surprised a lot of people still don't know this.

This really isn't too cool of a feature nor is it unknown, but Henkei's Hot Shot guns can be mounted on his arm's instead of pegged into his hands. I'm not sure if Universe Hot Shot has those holes though if you managed to get the Henkei guns for him.

I only figured that out like 2 days ago. That Animated Shockwave tip rocks though. I wish the design team coordinated with the instruction team a bit more and we would actually know these things. :/

 

Universe Hotshot still has those arm holes. Actually, if you pull the bumpers off his back, you can attach them to those holes giving him some Gundam Maxter style boxing gloves. It looks pretty bad ass actually.

And speaking of Universe Hotshot, the Star Saber sword that comes with the Binal Tech arming kits fits his hands perfectly. Like it was made for him.

Holy crap. Maxter Gundam was the American dude's bot in G Gundam right? I popped the back kibble off before just to see where I could rotate them and never made that connection. I personally move them so they wrap around his shoulders. Jolt looks like he sits on the arm and the back looks really, really good. Oh and does the Hasbro version also have the holes to store the guns in car mode? Anyway, thanks for the tip! Next time I get him into robot mode the glove are off (or on I suppose). I just walked into this thread and it's already a goldmine.

Also I remembered this if anyone didn't already know (I believe this was reported here a while ago) that Classics/Henkei Jetfire and Optimus can unofficially combine...and it looks damn good.

I was about to ask that too! I Have had the toy since it was released in the 80's and still don't know how.

 

It fits onto the bottom of his lower arm; there is an indent on the side of the lower arm that the little tab goes into, and it lets you fit his gun onto the side of his arm.
2 things to note though:
1. you can't fit his battle armour on with the clip attached
2. the gun clip on my Jetfire broke when I was a kid, because it had been put on the arm so much. So be careful; it can break if you're not.

Another one I noticed is on RiD Scourge/ Car Robots Black Convoy he has a detailed interior to his trucks driver compartment. There two seats and a steering wheel

 

ROTF Leader prime's lower legs have springy bits on the inside and the back blue piece can be pulled out a little.

 

G1 Ultra Magnus's large head can attach to his chest plate. The chest plate is a little jet and the head forms guns.

While the heart was colored red in Photoshop and animated, the heart is there for the repaint.
