Dude, you don't actually need to take out the pin. The backpack is on a joint that detaches from the back so it comes off.

I've only just got him so I'm not sure if this has already been mentioned. But I'll post it anyway.

There's more detail on CW Ultra Magnus for Minimus Ambus than just the cockpit in the cab section. If you look behind Magnus's face you can see more detail including a screen with a crosshair.

 

So 07 Leader Brawl has these spikes that erupt from his shins. Any idea what they're suppose to be? I don't think they're on the model.

 

Hate to tell you...but it doesn't work that way. When the drills are removed it leaves a 5mm hole, not an actual hand, and an open hand is needed. So he can't hold himself without modification.

That sounds so wrong.

 

Actually, I do believe they are on the CG model, but every scene with him happens so fast, you tend to miss them.

They're just defensive armor/offensive weaponry. Imagine getting kicked by those suckers.

I just noticed, the Takara DOTM Voyager Prime's trailer has molded detail near its ramp to resemble the G1 toy's sticker-arrow. (The one with the "GO", I mean.)

 

Ah if only that bastard in Japan had actually sent that trailer.

Umm ok I thought it was an aborted feature. Kinda like Mindwipe and Skystalker in robot mode combining.

 

Probably not intentional, but I was looking for some place to store the crown in jet mode.

It actually kinda clicks in place. the red jewel now looks like a part of a HUD or gunsight.

I kinda like it..distinguishes flamboyant Starscream in jet mode as the Air commander.. seems fitting.

 

I was a straight up leader seeker naysayer...now..I freakin love these. Cant wait for skywarp..or any other repaint they wanna do.

 

Not sure if this is posted yet, but using the square hole on CW Prime's larger riffle, you can plug it onto his smokestack and have the combined rifle act like a shoulder cannon of sorts.

Well now..Congrats...That IS a cool hidden feature I did not know about! Even my last one was borderline cheesy enough to get a bit of flame..but this one is SOLID!
