What the person that recoloured it has mistakenly cut out is the rest of the panel, that clearly shows only the purple bike changing into that robot.
That is not the combined form of the Arcee sisters. |

That is not the combined form of the Arcee sisters. | It was so obvious that it was just the one bike transforming that I was surprised that it was so widely accepted to be the combined form. |

I figure that when combined they would just be a bigger version of what they already were Motorcycle Mermaids. Also we know Elita-1 will have the head and this leaves more space for her to fit in the middle. Not to mention Chromia`s wheels look pretty cool this way. |

I dont see how a repaint could fill that gap...Unless they abandoned the whole combination.

I also located the picture I was refering to:
So it looks like Chromia and Flareup/Elita-1/whateverthehellhername is form the arms (with the latter possessing the head of the combined form), and Arcee forms the body's base and one support wheel system. |
for me in this picture you see that chromia and arcee are the arms and flareup is the one wheel feet if you look close to these picture you see characteristics of each sister on the limps
exp
chromia hand gun
arcee blade arm
flareup wheel stand from one side
as the other 2 sisters
arcee has 2 wheels stand and chromia's wheel is hold from both sides
here is the link of that interview from seibertron.com
so you can see the style Seibertron.com interviews Arcee bike creator Will Kenefick of RetroSBK |
