But Hun-Grrr can't move his arms out from his sides that Jetfire & Shockwave can. Jetfire can also life his head up (if you pull his back part out a tiny bit.

    I'm going with Jetfire.

I never had a Hun-grr, but as a child I had a friend who did. He was definitely a very awesome G1 toy, and a toy that one might reference when dealing with anyone who says "Post-movie toys suck!"... Yeah, you have a fairly well articulated two headed dragon, a very articulated bot (considering it's G1), and... the body for Abominus. He is very not-suck.

Unfortunately, I have never experienced some of the other toys nominated... Soundwave :) cry), Jetfire, Shockwave, etc.

    Mr. Badly-spelled-"Hunger" gets my vote.

I had Ransack. I believe he was just about the only G1 tformer I had who had no form of either shoulder or elbow articulation (meaning he could NEVER raise his gun).

I'd be hesitant to call that good articulation.

He was however a very nice looking toy, and yes probably worth getting.

Definitely Jetfire, Shockwave and Hun-Grrr. But there was someone else that was surprisingly lithe as well, that you wouldn't expect to be either.

No seroiously, I'd say Hun-Grr off the top of my head. He is bad to the bone!

Yeah when I thought about starting the thread, Galvatron and Shockwave came to mind. I had them as well and they were very posable.

But what was up with all those G1 robots like firecons, throttlebots, and battlechargers that did not even have arm articulation. Was it is impossible to give them some basic shoulder joints??

Sludge gets overlooked a lot in terms of articulation.

His legs are very posable for a G1 figure, arms have decent articulation as well, and you can even turn his robot head from side to side.

Think about the poor DuoCons. At least they could place their guns on their shoulders so they could shoot stuff.
