News Credits: 4 | If we're talking about the Ultra Predacon Bruticus, its because he was a tail-end of the line figure and a lot of stores never receive the last wave of stuff like that.
If we're talking about the ROTF/Universe Energon Bruticus Maximus repaint, he's in the second wave of combiners and hasn't hit shelves stateside yet.

Most stores probably passed on him because it would have been a repaint wave (Stormcloud, Bruticus). Probably the same reason Target changed from the Infernox2/Vectorx2 wave to the Infernox2/Overload/Leo Prime wave. More variety, new head and all.
