How to make a movie colored Devastator with old Contruction figs...

I loves me some combiners. And it hit me recently, that even though the ape-like Devastator of the film is very different looking from the many Devastator toys that came before it, the multi-colored scheme is cool. So why not mix and match parts on old Devastators?

I just bought a combination G1/G2 Devastator that is two green, two yellow, and two orange parts. Next I plan to build a Target exclusive (Landfill repaint) Devastator, but use the original Hightower and Heavy Load for his feet. Then, the Energon Devastator, but using Steamhammer and Sledge with the classic colored versions. Then, maybe a mix and match Sixbuilder with some classics Micromaster Constructicons. Actually, he's already mix and match!

Mixing and matching combiners is fun.

Is Sixbuilder based on the Diaclone? Do you know which figs Dollarama used?
