What is the story behind Alternity Black Convoy?

That is because in japan they don't call black prime "Nemesis Prime". Black convoy is just as the title says. Think of the unreleased henkei black convoy or the Nucleon quest black super ginrai. They are both autobots. I don't know about armada but big black convoy is an autobot too
