#1 | | Autobot Join Date: Dec 2007 Posts: 96 Collection Count: Too many to count, but still not enough | ROTF Skids instructions are hard to understand...
Did anyone else find the instructions for ROTF Skids to be overly complicated and unclear. It may have just been me but it was really difficult to understand and figure out if from the directions. Luckily if you have transformed enough figures you can work it out on your own. Just wondering if anyone else had the same issues...especially with the roof/trunk section? |

#10 | | Omnibot Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 221 | Yes, they could have been better; a couple of the steps should have been shown at a quarter angle rather than directly. Even so, I managed to figure him out.
That being said, the kicker for this figure was the top of the car mode. The main part doesn't want to flip over the roof properly. I was afraid of snapping and chipping plastic, but after watching Peaugh's review, I realized that you just have to be quick and firm with that part.
I like the overall form of Skids, but I think his feet and legs made him very hard to stand or pose. | |
