Well I have to say that Amazon has remarkably fast turn around time. I received my replacement Leader Prime and replacement Fallen today...and can confirm that they are functioning properly and have all their parts! So it may have been just a bad batch...prospective buyers, just be aware of the potential missing appendages on the Fallen...and of course make sure leader prime works!

Now, to take them out of the boxes!
