Well, doesn't look to be too terribly expensive for BBTS to get this guy. The preorder is set at $119.99. Here's the link D.I.A. Commander at BBTS. So much for this being just as expensive to get as the TFCon exclusive. I suppose we should all brace for the uproar that this will cause. BBTS states that they did have to source these out from an overseas vendor and that they'll only be able to fill a limited number or preorders, but I'm still surprised at how cheap this guy is.

Well 92 huh? How did you do that. I pre-order mine just so I can get one and not pay tfcon prices. 300 bucks for one of those were ridunculous and I feel sorry for people who had to pay the aftermarket prices for those.

 

Not sure I see the appeal. Between city commander and shadow commander, why do we need a prime armor suit...Anyway, to each their own I guess...I am happy with my City Commander figure...

 

not a bad price really, definite pre-order for me. i was kind of bummed thinking i was going to miss out on this guy. i have yet to put together my city commander or nemesis armor so once i get all three together i think they'll look pretty sweet!

 

Eh, it's one of those really collector oriented things I guess considering it's based on the Powered Convoy pre-Transformers design of Ultra Magnus. So it probably appeals to Diaclone buffs and such. As for me... I've wanted one simply because I love the Commander Armors, but I wasn't interested at the TFCon price (at the convention or afterwards on eBay) as it just felt like too much money for me a simple add on (limited or not). However, at this price... I'll gladly drop the money for one.

Ordered one too after seeing how quick they were selling. I wanted to take my time and determine if I "Truly" need this I don't want to take the chance it won't be there when I'm ready.

Ordered a few minutes ago and they were down to 342 I think.
