Finally got Trypticon so now I can hook up all my Phase Sixer fanmode bases to him for my version of Nemesis Command.

Needs Soundwave base mode!

 

Never got TR Soundwave. Was too much like Blaster for my liking. Waiting for the Siege version now. But I’m sure he’d look good with someone else’s Trypticon.

 

I think someone floated around a pic with all the base modes linked.

 

i ordered trypticon from the bbts just a few days ago i do one when they ship him to me

 

For all my TR deluxes I have given them a base mode and Twinferno was my last one to be finally satisfied with.

 

My first post here, thought I’d post something useful just for the occasion...

As you may observe I have descovered some handy weapon storage for siege Hound’s rifle or as the executives prefer to call it, the “IR Electro-Scope Launcher”.
It fits almost to perfectly, you could even put the little canister on the end


But wait, there’s more...


I also found this post where you can put Hounds “Holo-Beam refraction blaster”...



Which when placed (also suprisingly securely)
gives Hound a wicked rocket booster a la classics Hot Rod.

Well, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't at least a bit disappointed at the distinct lack of conscious/deliberate Fort Max or TR-compatibility (besides 5mm pegs being pretty much universal now) but I did find this neat wee bit of most likely unintentional functionality. It's an ever so slight mistransformation (basically it goes out of perfect alignment when you pop it on) that lets one do this:

I say most likely unintentional as it won't clip on flush & flat due to Cog's feet so it slopes downward towards the front, and the shins have to vector inwards a wee bit for the pegs to hold it on okay without popping off but it's do-able!
Still a shame that there's no central 5mm port on the forward section for a nice swivelling turret mount for Max's wee TM turret gun IMO but sumthin's better than nothin'!

You can still stick the blasters on there too, I just left them off for clarity.

 

Finally! Managed to finagle a Twin Cannon mode for Max's Battlestation mode, with a bit of cheating...

Couldn't quite swing a version with the crotch fully integrated and decided "Yo, Dawg, I know you love turrets so I put a turret on your turret!"


That'll do, lad.

The secret is blatantly abusing a couple of the chest/shield's wells either side of the hinges!

BOOM! (Literally and metaphorically!)
