You payed a little too much for Scorpy IMO, but that Sludge looks to be in pretty good condition, and since the mold is "missing" I'd say it was a fair deal.

I wouldn't say you got a bad deal. I'd say you did good.

I agree a little. But if it's a G1 toy you've been looking for, then it's a good deal, because he looks to be in decent shape. And I like to see someone get scorpy cheaper than 7 with shipping. He is still available at TRU with blackout still though.

Agreed. Without the accessories, a good Sludge body is $20-$30. The accessories will cost you around $20 to complete it.

As I was scrolling down I thought, "I hope he got some of the weapons for that price." Oh well, it's in good shape so I'm happy if you are. :)

Also, post a wanted thread in Junkion and I bet you find Sludge's weapons for a fair price.

Too much for sludge. $20 for him w/o accessories sounds about right.

No big deal. You're find toys that some people are practically giving them away for free later on. All in all, everything evens out.

They are? That sucks. So where are those great "offical looking" Dinobot KO's on ebay that are all boxed G1 style coming from?

Because I keep wondering about those, they look really good for KO's. And since they're around $130. for each KO I can't help but wonder about the quality of them.

Reverse engineering, it's used for most KO's.

Do you feel you got a good deal? As long as you are happy with your purchase, that is all that matters. I really dig movie Scorponok, he is a great little toy even if the robot mode is kind of lame. Sludge looks pretty sweet too :)

Regardless of the price you paid, if you're happy with with what you got, then you got a great deal.

I bought my dino's a couple years ago, but would expect the prices to be a lil less for body only, but that one does appear to be in good shape, regardless, congrats on getting what you want :D

The copyright stamps are often for the previous year, especially for toys that come out, say, before September. Scorponok came out in the first wave of movie toys, June of '07.

Did you get those at Hot Comics by the way?

I'd say you way overpaid for that Sludge - cool figure though he is, I've brought loose/complete Sludges for less. $6.99 for that Scorponok sounds OK - but it's an abysmal figure, and I wouldn't have paid the $0.99! It has the transformation level of a G1 Sparkabot.

But as others have said, as long as you're happy with what you paid and what you got, it's all good!

40+ for just the body is a bit much, especially if you intend to get any of his accesories.
The Scorponok at $7 is ok to me. With a set of stickers from Reprolabels, your Sludge will look awesome!
