Rhinox. His mold looked nothing like him at all, really, and it was WAY too small. WAY TOO SMALL.

Terrorsaur is obviously way too small, but the figure at least LOOKS something like his onscreen counterpart.

Rattrap at least got a good mold in his TM form.

Quite frankly, I wish they'd given us a properly sized Dinobot as well, but the new Universe figure LOOKS pretty good, so it's a wash.

Oh and if I could ADD to the list, it would be pre-TM2 Blackarachnia. She deserves a mold that looks SOMETHING like a girl.

Rhinox without a doubt. His is the only toy that looks nothing like his cartoon-self (now that Dinobot was re-done).

I always liked the Activator Rattrap and thought it looked show-accurate. Never had a problem with the gear, but the multi-part gun was a bad idea.

I vote for a new TM Megatron, or at least one with a new head. Next has to be Rhinox.

Well, let's see... I voted first and foremost for Rhinox... I want to see a Voyager class version of this guy. None of the other toys released of him (regular deluxe and deluxe TM) did not do this character justice... and, of course, the TM version wasn't even in the show.

Second for me would have to be a three way tie between Rattrap (his TM toy is great, but he deserves a toy that looks like his original form), Airazor (figure looked nothing like the show character... though she did get a good TM figure... that wasn't in the show at all) & Blackarachnia (seriously, every version of this character that we got -save for Animated- had tons of flaws all around and the Animated version doesn't look right with anything, but Animated).

Rhinox, for reasons that others have mentioned regarding show accuracy and size. Plus, he needs his chain-gun of doom instead of the auto-flail the original got.

That said, I wouldn't mind a redo of some other the others mentioned in the thread, such as Airrazor and pre-TM Rattrap.

Basic is still being used, but it's called the Scout class now.

Honestly, I would love to have an updated classics version of all the BW characters (well, at least the Season 1 characters, though all would of course be nice. I can dream.). This includes Primal and Megatron. I love there 10th anniversary figures, but I wouldn't mind having "updated" redesigns like Cheetor and Dinobot. Having a new redesigned Maximal and Predacon team would be amazing.

That being said, Rhinox needs it more than anyone. Terrorsaur and Scorponok are good contenders, but Rhinox has by far the worst mold of the first season characters.
