ok today in the mail i got encore trailbreaker and he is bigger then i thought he would be his transformation is fun and overall a geat figure does anyone else have him and when i get my report card does anyone recomend me to get g1 grimlock?

 

Yes get G1 Grimlock, he'd be a great TF for your collection.

 

G1 Grimlock is awesome. I'd also recommend you get some punctuation to end your sentences with.

 

I don't have Trailbreaker, yet. I do have Hoist, however, and am a big fan of the toy.

When you can, I'd say get G1 Grimlock. Considering how old it is it's an amazing toy. Just be careful that it's not one of the recent dinobot bootlegs.

 

Why? Are they really poorly made, or is it about not supporting bootlegs/getting scammed?

 

probably both in regards to KO Dinobots.
I have a G1 Grimmy, and despite his rather loose joints from 20 plus years of play, he is still a damn fine toy.

Don't have TB, but have Hoist. great mold.
I want TB, but he's kinda low on the list at the moment.
Encore OS, trying to acquire Classics i missed before they become AFA priced, etc.

have loads of fun with Trailbreaker!

I have no advice about G1 Grimlock, but it's great to hear that you like Trailbreaker. If I like Hoist enough I'll probably get him, too  

 

I have a half-broken vintage Trailbreaker and I still really like him. I love the missile launchers in the fists, the colors, and the big, beefy feel. The Encore is on the way from Japan too. I can't wait for the blue visor, tampo Autobot symbol and stronger springs in the missile launchers.

I recommend Grimlock too. It's another nice big toy with a great look and awesome transformation. If you're like me, you'll like him so much you'll want his other Dinobots too!

 

thank you all for commenting.I will surly pick up a g1 grimlock on bbts or ebay for my report card.Is anyone going to get that alternator movie bumblebee?I am going to get it i hope its in scale with other figures but knowing hasbro it will be like voyager sized but great looking figure

 

I've got all five dinobot KOs, and I'd have to say Grimlock has the highest quality of all of them.

 

I've still to get Encore Trailbreaker, but I remember him from my childhood. I'm looking forward to having him again, you're right he's a great toy.

Exactly why I've bought the Ani. Dinobots, started with Grimlock........
