given his latest appearance in the comic thing, do you think we'll see a retool/repaint of him in those colors and with those differences?

 

Well it could just be a cybertronian form, or he's just shadowed as the main cast Decepticon's were aboard their ship in the ANimated "TV Movie".

 

I think it's a combination of his pre-Earth form and the darkness of the pictures. You could tell that the other Decepticons looked darker than they normally would have. Basically the same thing as with the Decepticons in the first episode. I think he'll appear more like his toy once he's in proper lighting conditions and after he's scanned a new alt-mode.

 

The thought did occur to me how awesome he'd look with his colors swapped. Black with green tribal detailing and whatnot.

 

Can someone photoshop him into that scheme?

He looks alright, but I personally think that is just his cybertronian mode.

 

has anyone noticed in every arrival comic oilslick is in each and everyone one of them since the 3rd one.

Oilslick is awesome.

 

I'd buy it. I rather like the mold, and his new colours are even cooler than his original ones.
