Is Wheeljack on Hasbro's short list of characters that they would like to see updated for the Classics toy-line? It would make sense for Hasbro to end up making one as he was the first Transformer to be seen in the first episode of the original cartoon.
I did do a forum search looking to see if this question had been asked, but most of the results that came up were custom Classics Wheeljack threads.

I would be highly disappointed if this weren't so. Especially when Hot Rod remained the Dome Zero for this line. | |

At either SDCC or Botcon Hasbro representatives said It's "Too early" to talk about Classics Wheeljack. That indicates they're getting to it. | |

I'm fairly confident there will be a new deluxe Wheeljack mold. We may just have to be patient though. | |
