    Hi guys,

I was just wondering if i should buy some more TF's Animated Toys they do look different from the usual G1 look, buh they still have some awesome characters. The only Animated toy i own so far is the Voyager Class Cybertronian Mode Megatron.

What recommendations would you guys have for good Animated figures?

Blitzwing has my vote. He is the only animated figure I own and really the only one I plan on having since I have little interest in the line and I gotta admit he is great.

ahhh i shouldnt write here ... i just love animated toys too much, so i cant really give u a few :D  however, i think u should get the leader class earth mode megs, i like that one better...blitzwing and grimlock are amazing figures, as mentioned above...grimlock is one of the best grimlock figures ever made, i think..from wat ive seen. jazz and prowl are really nice too, and as u mentioned, soundwave rocks...and if ur gettign prime, i suggest the voyager over the deluxe..

I agree with everyone who's recommended Blitz, Grimlock and Voyager Prime (though Two-Pack Prime is crazy poseable). Prowl and Voyager Bulkhead are two others I'd recommend, and (if you can hock out the cash) so's Leader-class Megatron.

    • Jazz
    • Oilslick
    • Blitzwing
    • Dinobots (especially Grimlock)
    • Leader Megatron, Bulkhead, and Ultra Magnus
They're all pretty good, but those are the definite pick-ups in my book. Also, even if you get Leader Bulkhead, his voyager class version is still very good. I was thinking of selling him a week or two back, but I decided to finally open the box and retracted on my urge to sell him.

    Nope.

    Lugnut and Ultra Magnus.

While Lugnut is a bit small, his mold is truly amazing and Ultra Magnus is just a must-have for anyone that doesn't completely hate the style.

Or you could wait for the Atomic Lugnut and the Roadbuster Ultra Magnus repaints, they seem to fit a little better with older toys in vehicle mode.

Prowl, though you may want to wait for the one coming out with the samurai armor/sidecar.

Jazz - posable, sleek, there's nothing not to love, and he has nunchucks!

Bumblebee - if you have any love for the character, he's a great toy to have.

Ratchet - grumpy old bot is fun, so much character in this toy, I love his backpack arsenal.

Before you listen to some of these guys, and go off trying to buy the whole line, just hear me out. I have pretty good amount of the TFA line. When I first started buying them I thought they were awesome (probably because I was expecting so little from them in the first place). As days went by I started looking at the previous line, and realized how - I'm going to get flamed for saying this - lame and generic the TFA toys really are.

If your a big fan of the show(which I'm not) then go and buy them.

Here are the ones that I would recommend:
    Blitzwing
    Jazz
    Blackarachnia
    Swoop
Blurr (I don’t have him yet, but he looks really cool)

all, but the one you already have (he is one of the weakest of the line) and voyager Bulkhead. well maybe voyager bulkhead he is pretty awesome too.

you got the worst, the rest keep getting better. well apart form the bumperbattlers. unless your into those.
