As some of you know my absolute favorite Transformer team has always been the Stunticons. When I was a kid I just loved the fact that the Decepticons had an evil, crazy car team on their side. Anyway most of you also know that they just repainted Classics Mirage into Dragstrip as a Hasbrotoyshop exclusive (oh yeah I have already preordered!). Well today I was watching the G1 episode Masquerade and in the episode the Stunticons are captured by the Autobots and the Autobots disguise themselves as the Stunticons in order to get close to Megatron's new doomsday weapon. Guess which Autobot disguises himself as Dragstrip? Yep Mirage! So in a 20 year old cartoon Mirage disguises himself as Dragstrip and in 2008 Mirage is changed into Dragstrip once again. So this homage is actually an homage to the show. What is my point? Nothing really I just thought it was cool. Wow this post is too long....  Quote:

hmmm... | The funny thing is I could definitely see this happening. Since we have a Sideswipe just now coming out I could see a repaint as Breakdown. That would be all kinds of awesome. Quote:

I am aware of this. But I'm just running with the threads premise of repainting the Autobots who disguised themselves as the Stunticons in "Maquerade". Following that pattern, we need a Sideswipe-Breakdown, Windcharger-Wildrider and Jazz-Dead End, as well as an Optimus Prime-Motormaster to get the team right. | |

Right now the closest thing we have is Nemesis Prime which is an awesome figure and I wouldn't have a problem just changing the head for Motormaster. Quote:
