I always liked the Guiledart/Triceratron mold, but I agree they're not a good match for most classics. Animated Snarl & Swoop come close to fitting in better, despite their aesthetics.

If your Classics collection has a lot of Maximals & Predacons mixed in, I say go for it.

How the Animated toy line REALLY came to an end

to each their own man mix and match as you like and see fit its your stuff

i take that same approach myself when it comes to my weeding through the collection once a month to decide what figures i want to keep from each toyline year toyear line to line wave to wave

keeping the best set of figures from each line passing the rest on to the kiddes in the family and bashing the ones i keep into being whatever classic g1 character i believe each figure would be best suited to becoming as it were

I have these guys and I'd never think of displaying them with my Classics. It's not because they look organic, though. I leave them out because, triceratops and stegosaurus molds aside, they're all kind of crap.

they would make good universe dinobots, but it would take some imagination for classics.
