BBTS has never been anything but first class in my experience. The boxes are always well packed and everything is in perfect to perfectly fine condition. If something is wrong with the order, just email them and they'll be quick to rectify the situation with no fuss. They're fantastic.

It sounds like the issue is a transit problem, as others have said. Every carrier may not take care of the package the same way. Fluke things happen; especially in overseas transit.

when i order my newest binaltech jazz he and his box was fine. Had plenty of buble wrap too. The shipping box was slightly damaged but he was fine. Waiting on a order of altenators to come in later this week so i'll let you know how that one is.

I've done 2 shipments from BBTS so far.
Animated wv3 set and wv4 set. UPS
    Boxes were intact, no dents,
way larger than the figs within,
    and loaded witn bubble wrap.
Sounds like your shipper had the problem,
    not BBTS.
You might try e-mailing BBTS about the
contition you recieved the fig in.
They might give you a little credit.
And they need to look into a shipper problem.

i've gotten a handful of orders from them. for the most part they have arrived perfectly, but i did have one box arrive that was totally crunched on one corner, but everything inside was fine. its the risk of having stuff shipped, i guess.

I gotta go with BigPhill and Dark Convoy on this one. I've ordered many many things from BBTS and each and every time there is more than enough room with plenty of bubble packaging. Boxed items are in great shape. Loose items are in sealed bags.

That BBTS sale was for the stuff in distressed, non-mint, sub-standard condition. You gotta read everything before you hit the purchase button.

As far as the condition of the shipping box itself, there's no way BBTS would ship it like that. Blame the carrier.

Anything i've had from BBTS has arrived in good nick... sounds like someone at the airport took out their bad day on your box, that's usually what it comes down to. At least the toys weren't damaged.

yea i just got my altenators and they were together double wrapped, and then had bubble wrap on top. They had no room to move. Like it was said earlier the could have been the damaged sale which part of the 900 item sale was or the shipper screwed it up
