Wow! This topic surprises me, considering the unlimited amount of Animated Love in these forums.

Of all the figures I own, each has it's ups and downs. There is no worst. ^^

 

im not to fond of soundwave(especialy his vehicle mode and laserbeak)

 

I wouldn't say it's obvious. I don't see Soundwave going beyond "minor role" myself. But that's just me. If he was gonna do ANYTHING major, why did we not see or hear from him in all of season 2?

Way I see it, Wasp has a better chance for a major storyline with Bumblebee

Blackarachnia is like...Decepticon in name only, like Swindle. Sure, their Decepticons, they where the symbol, but they don't really give a damn about the cause.

 

You know Soundwave reminds me of a Gnome. He is short and squatty nothing like the rest of the Decepticons.

 

my only complaint is sentinel prime is a deluxe class figure, would be cool if he was a voyager class...other than that I like all the animated figures.

 

You can have a figure you don't like and still love the line. I like all of my Animated toys but Voyager Megatron isn't all it could have been. I don't hate it because it still looks cool in robot mode but it is the worst of the line in my opinion. Besides worst doesn't mean it is horrible. It can still be the worst of this line but better than most figures in other lines, I'm not saying it is but I'm sure you get the idea.

 

Personally, i don't see why people complain so much about the chest hole. If you stand him with his body almost parallel to the ground, its hardly noticeable. Its like saying (to me, anyway) all the car robots have their faces visible on the underside of the car, so its a design flaw.

Because Isenberg has a tendency to slow build somethings, and then later deeper explore others. The fact soundwave is still capable of being around, means he'll be back, and potentially eventually finally become officially part of the Decepticon army. For now he's to the wayside though for more new bots and other stories to be explored. I wouldn't be surprised if he's back in season 3 though. Season 2 was already flooded with other needs to build to the finale with Omega Supreme, and fit other cameos in for now.

 

Ultra Magnus. He is the only figure I'm actually disappointed in. His arms are horrible. I knew the poseability would be limited with the truck halves on his shoulders, but there are NO poses you can put him in that look cool. It's almost like his arms were an after thought. So disappointing because I could have been the best animated figure, and one of the best ever.

 

has to be lugnut for me... unless they make a leader class of him that he is actually bigger than blitzwing like he is in the show...that is the only complaint i have with this line at the moment.

 

I would say voyager Megatron is the worst. I actually like the figure, but there was lots of room for improvement.

 

So you think bot-mode size is enough to turn a awesome mold into the worst figure of the line?
