I have notice that some my packages to my animated collection have a yellow sticker That says " New to DVD Transfomers animated available now" but most of them do not have this sticker. My questions is which one is more desirable amung collectors with this sticker or without. I have 2 sets and i want to display one out of the packages but i dont want to open one that will be worth more than the other.

 

Neither of them are more expensive than the other...the sticker came out with later waves to advertise for the new dvd, but theres no added value whether it has, or doesn't have, a sticker on the packaging.

No it does not add or subtract the value.

 

Some of the stickers were added at factory.
Some were added by hasbro reps in stores.
I doubt there's any difference in value.

 

theres is always someone on any forum that like well this doesnt go here and blah blah like they are the forum god or something what the hell does it matter really. all i wanted was to get my question answered and thank you to the ppl that replied to answer the question. and my next question was is there anything special that might be out there in the animated collection that i should know about or to look for.

 

yeah, defiinitely doesnt make a difference to the value...special figures, i cant think of any...its a new line, so there's nothing rare, as such...whichever figure in the line can quite easily be purchased, and i dont think there's been a limited edition..maybe the TRU exclusive figures? i dunno, cant think of anything, really..
