Though, it's likely we'll eventually get a Leader-sized Megatron and Optimus in Universe 2.0, when sales of Animated Megatron and Optimus slack off (Ugh. The Voyager size works so much better for them in Classics/Universe. The leaders don't HAVE to be the biggest guys on their side!). THAT Megatron will probably get some kind of different vehicle Alt-mode... maybe something more Cybertron-ish.
As for Soundwave... it depends if he appears in the new TF movie or not. If so, then there's pretty much no chance of a Universe Soundwave anytime soon. If not, then if he's gonna happen, it'll be around the time of the movie release, when Animated Soundwave is old and busted. | Animated is going to lead right into the next movie. I wouldn't expect either Prime or Megs from Universe. I know that was also one of the things that made the old Universe line so unique in that it didn't have Prime or Megs either. Quote:

The "real-ish" alt mode thing was only limited to the Universe line, but the 25th stuff doesn't have that stipulation. As can be seen by Cyclonus, the 25th stuff can be anything and everything. If we're going to get a new Shockwave besides the animated one, it will be in the 25th line.
Soundwave however is going to be in the movie. Hopefully he's not going to be the lil frenzy-like bot we've seen already. |
