Glass case display help please?

Heya guys, I need some info and links to whatever you guys use to store your transformers. I'm looking for class casings for them to be displayed them and I know some of you have picked them up at Ikea, but I went to look the other day and couldn't find what you guys were talking about.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have never been to an Ikea being I live in Bumbledump Illinois surrounded by corn.

But you might have luck going to a Sports Memorabilia store and find not only glass cases which sometimes are god awfully expensive. But they should also carry plastic ones that may be more reasonable.
Taking Commissions email or PM me today to get yours!!!

Look up Detolf at Ikea. Very decent and cheap.

My collection uses 4 IKEA Detolf cabinets.

They're cheap, look good and you can add more cabinets if you have space.

Since you do not live near one, the shipping cost on the Detolfs may be more than the cabinets themselves. They're great, though.

I'll just chip in my voice to the 'detolf' chorus. Best display value I've found, period

Yep, for glass cases I use Detolf as well, with "boxes" I picked up at Tap Plastics to raise some of the figures in the back of the shelves...sine the Detolfs aren't adjustable it helps the overall look. I also use the Flarke DVD racks to display Alternators (2 fit on a shelf perfectly in this weird corner I have in the room)

I'll cast my vote for the Detolf as well, though I need to mention their wall-mounted "Bertby" as well. Especially if you have some pieces that you want to give some extra attention.
