One of my nunchuks is significantly longer than the other one; if I had to guess, I'd say it was probably about half a centimeter longer.

I have Jazz and both chucks are the same size. I checked by having him turn his head and cough. Another HA!

The ends of the chuck where the string come out of are glued on so you can heat them up with a hair dryer to loosen them up and take it off and adjust the string length.
