Deluxe:
-Cyclonus with Targetmaster partner Nightstick
-Hound with Ravage (a "More Than Meets the Eye" homage)
-Cheetor (they had to sneak him in because the higher ups don't really want beast modes right now)
-Hot Shot with Minicon partner Jolt
Legends:
-Brawn
-Beach Comber
I'm not sure if legends class Hound, Jazz and G2 Megatron are considered part of 25th anniversary or not.
