Why is Encore "special"?
HobbylinkJapan & an ebay seller are calling Encore Sky Lynx & Omega Supreme "Encore special". Why? What's special about them?

i think its just a general term which relates to their large size/price tag.

Calling something 'Special' means they can charge more than normal. Like when someone lists common crap as 'RARE!!!' on ebay.

Yep I think it's cause they are "big."

If you check out these links you can see "Special" on the Encore logo, so it'd be Takara Tomy calling them special, not resellers..

The "Special" designation is in regards to the fact that neither Sky Lynx or Omega Supreme were ever previously released in Japan.
