targetmaster hotrod with metal toes and rubber tires
i just bought this on ebay, and i was told that he was not supposed to have metal toes,and rubber wheels. is this true?

The original TM Hotrod had plastic toes with rubber wheels, the later Takara reissue had metal toes and rubber wheels.

well this is an original. was made in taiwan, 1986., so the only thing i can think of is that the dude switched the fists
