That wasn't even my question, also were the classic 1990 throttlebots suppose to come with paperwork or just the toy bubble and card?

IIRC, the instructions were on the cardback for the gold card Throttlebots.

    Reason for paperwork

The reason why i want all paper work is because, people that sell the g1 toys complete is cheap but some people sell g1 toys MIB only complete with toy and box no intrusions and they sell them for about three times the amount of complete and those idiots don't eve include paper work so what I'm trying to say is most people rip you off and also if you wanted MIB with all paperwork they will sell it to you double the amount of normal MIB and if you want insert you will need to get AFA or MISB.

That's exactly what he's saying. Back in the G1 days, carded figures didn't come with paper instructions or sticker sheets; there weren't usually enough stickers to warrant the separate sheet, so they cam pre-applied, and the instructions were printed on the back of the pack with the Tech Specs and Robot Points.
