Yeah, I'm all for paying a bit of premium to buy at other places besides Walmart, but $55 is over 25% higher than Hasbro's MSRP. Once you break 10% or a few dollars above MSRP, it becomes gouging, not covering your costs.

I just feel there is just something REALLY wrong when I can order a Leader class from HTS, get it sent to me without dealing with retail morons (employees and/or customers) AND get it cheaper than a brick and mortar location, a mass market retailer at that!

(Quick figure, it would cost me just under $47 to have HTS send me a Leader figure, without any discounts, WTF Kmart?!)
If anything goes wrong...blame Twin Twist

They all undercut certain things and markup others, but K-Mart's strategy of marking up their toys is pretty wack. I wonder what percentage of revenue comes from their toy department?
I saw a Boxing commercial and it said "It's a fight to the finish" Thats a good place to end.

if its anything like drugstore/supermarket its under 5-10%

otc drugs 20-30%more with pharmacy
cosmetics30-40%
seasonal 10%
hardware/appliances/electronics 20-30%
clothing 10%

its been a while since i have seen weekly sales for a department store like kmart but this was about the norm
