Hasbro charged more for their SDCC Alts and Menasor than their retail prices, probably due to the much smaller number of figures produced. A production run of that small a size, for a Masterpiece? Gah.
I could see Hasbro doing a blue Rumble as Frenzy, throwing the RIBFIR guys a bone in the process. Probably a couple other Alt possibilities as well, and I would love the idea of finally releasing WW Skywarp (and he'd match with the two Nemmy Prime exclusives and Titanium Menasor!).
