http://www.unicron.us/tf1984/toypix/jazz.htm heres a pic of a 'G1' jazz, although hes got the G2 type feet and a blue visor, was this a variation later in G1's life? its got martini stickers. I always thought jazz had a silver visor? hes also got those rivets to the upper arm, im wondering if this is a hybrid of several versions, i thought the reissue had teh rivets.

the encore does have a blue visor but thats got the nice horns of the g1 toy. the martini stickers (esp on teh doors) suggest the G1/diaclone toy but the silver feet tabs say G2/reissue, the rivets say reissue collection version!! i dont know if the smaller tabs were never present in G1. the rivets (well the arms at least) suggest reissue, could be a reissue with a g 1 head, with painted visor and custom? stickers, although those door stickers are problematic, are there clear door stickers available maybe??
I just saw that TFC Jazz. My GOD, what happened to his face??!! I heard G2 Jazz had a face problem. Which is it? I have a G2 Jazz and his face is the same as Encore Jazz's face.
The mold started to degrade. It started with G2 Jazz, but became worse with the TFC reissue. Takara fixed the face for the Stepper reissue, which was also used for Encore Jazz.
It's probably just a custom-the Encore reissue has a blue visor, but has tampographed details rather than stickers.
I had to check it out, I thought his visor was always blue. Guess I was wrong... I'm starting to forget my collection I sold!!
Could somebody point me to a gallery of encore Jazz? I checked seibertron, but couldn't find him... didn't see him at this site either.
