One of the local comic chains (The Great Escape, also do CDs, records, toys, collectibles, busts, statues, books, DVDs, tabletop games, card games, and videos) is having a thirtieth anniversay sale this weekend, starting today. Everything in the store is 30% off, and tomorrow, they're actually handing out extra stock, 5 pieces to a customer, for free. Of course, i was outside their door two and a half hours before they opened today... 
The big sucker showed up on the wall two and a half weeks ago at $600. Couldn't swing that (not a bad price though). White, undiscolored, and in great shape, if a little dusty. And complete. With paperwork. I was hoping ever since that it would last until today, and it did! Woohoo! $180 off for a score price of $420!
The other three were just too good to pass up! $35 a piece, all complete, with nigh-perfect chrome, no paint wear, and no yellowing? I was a goner.
