    The sunstreaker is legit. I was suppose to buy that at a flea market in Massachusetts last Sunday that I was at. I went to get more money came back and it was sold for 180.00. Seller wanted 250 to start. He had a skids also that was sealed to the card in a beat up box that went for 40 bucks.

    Is there any KO G1 Encore Ratchets floating around?

    I bought one for about $5 in a surplus store.

    No, I'm asking if there is a KO/Fake Encore Ratchet?

    I bought an original (I think) one for $5 at discount.

    Tripredacus is saying that the likelihood of someone knocking off a $40 toy is rare (as there's no money to be made), so what you purchased is most likely authentic.

    However, there are "high-quality" KOs of some rather questionable (i.e. cheap/not all that rare) items, though...Universe 2008 Acid Storm and Starscream, Movie 2007 Decepticon Fracture and Blackout, off the top of my head...things that aren't particularly valuable, yet they were KO'd.

    But, yes, I haven't read anything about KO Encore Ratchets, so I think you're good to go.

    How about this Optimus Prime? I don't see the tell-tale ridge where the flap crease usually is on the back, but the red looks darker than OG Prime.

    Yep, that's a Knock Off. Easiest sign it's a fake: "Trans" and "Formers" don't align correctly on the top flap.

    The only KO I am aware of is recent, has neon pink instead of red. This guy has the right shade of plastic, the right stickers (as far as I can tell), is definitely old as it is dinged up and smells weird.

    Pretty sure that's legit, the only KOs I know of are the "pink" ones...like this one being sold on ebay implying that it's rare because of the pink.

    Are there any Triggerbot knock offs out there? There seems to be a lot of MOSC Rukuses (or is the plural Rukusi?) out on eBay.

    I hate to say it, but if they released high-quality KO's of Masterpiece Grimlock and Rodimus with all the accessories from the Japanese and US releases, I would probably buy them rather than continuing my hunt for decent originals, at this point.
