Looks like a Starscream!
The action poses sell this guy for sure - he sure can do a lot!
Screw the jet mode- he's staying in robot mode, lording over my Autobots.
And I love the head - how he's got the sidevents (albeit modified), the flightmask-style face, and of course the smile. |

Seems totally off. | It's a extra blob of plastic that Hasbro adds to prototypes to discourage people from stealing them for resell and to discourage people from wanting to buy it before it's official release.
