If you mean the Devistator, Superion, and others that came out a couple years back, then you get what you pay for. They are very lightweight crappy plastic. As to if they break easily? I couldn't say. I tossed my Devastator as it looked like a cheap Chinese KO. If you can't afford the originals and were never able to experience them, the KOs won't give you a good taste of what they are like.

It varies, some are almost comparative to the real thing. If it's one those mix and match type of thing where they've mixed say Menasor and Computron into one, it generally indicates sub standard quality.

Don't be expecting much, you get what you pay for. I have picked up a few just for play with as they can be found really cheap at some stores. (How could I pass getting it for only $2 the first time I saw it?)

the one that I can vouch for that seems as strong as the original is abominus, although I believe the color of two of the limb-bots are reversed.

I like the WST-sized versions of KO Superion, Devastator etc. The decals leave something to be desired. However, I like how they are in scale to the full-sized Metroplex and Trypticon. The plastic is a lower quality than Takara's WSTs, but if you don't plan on transforming these bots that much the KO's are worth getting. I just wish the "Menasor" combiner didn't have 2 "Technobots" for limbs.

The moulds are a little warped, you'll find the joints are too tight or too lose and the paint apps are sloppy, but I've never had a problem with transforming any of them, and they do look nice on the shelf.

u mad?

I've got two from that series. One fell apart out of the box, the other was actually pretty good (Raiden).
You get what you pay for, though. Don't expect anything too durable or amazing.

Yeah, I agree with you...I got the KO Constructicons and it feels so different from the original! I have the original...one day when I have enough funds, I will buy get and original...to think I passed up on a set of Japanese versions that were MISB for USD$300! Arrghhh!!
