Is your TF retail selection as bad as mine?

I don't about you all, but where I'm at (Lafayette, LA) the TF section in all my stores is terrible.

A few large Skywarps, a handful of the $10 line, some Voyager class TRs, and that's it.

No signs of restocking, except for one store that had a Sentinel Prime but no sign of Galvatron (which I'm after).

    Anybody having the same problem?

If so, what is going on? Is a huge reset about to occur?

I'm in the Netherlands, Europe. Trust me, Transformers in B@M retail can't get worse than we have it.

I've seen every currently available figure at retail by going to several Walmarts and Targets. Saw Skylynx at Kmart, too.
Distribution does suck, and there have been numerous threads and posts on the subject already to prove the point.
Honestly, can't find something at retail? Go online. Best solution ever.

I remember when resets included putting out everything from the new line... Every wave 1 character, in every size at the same time...

Like if you walked into a Target now and they had all the titan returns, deluxes, voyagers, leaders, and fort max...

Now it's like one or two things trickle out when they feel like it...

Its gotten better though. It was far worse a couple years ago.
But yeah, buy online: Benelux + Germany have some pretty good e-tailers and for UK and USA folks e-tail market is even better i gather.

I live near a major city in West Australia (well... the ONLY city in WA). Selection is generally small and rubbish. Have to chase toys when they are released or they go fast (the good ones) sometimes stuff sits for months if nobody want it, or they restock, other times you cant get nothing from nowhere buddy.
Tformers Always outnumbered by more popular TMNT, 'Wars and marvel heroes toys.
    I feel your pain.

    Ebay:
We have Prowl/Sunstreaker/Ironhide for deluxes all over. TRU had one box of TR deluxes. Voyagers are pretty much only Scattershot, Motormaster, and leftover Roadbusters. Target did have the little Titan Masters and a single Rewind. And TRU did have Fort Max with a security spider wrap so tight it was piercing the box.

My Target, right now, is still stocked on CW Wave 4. Don't remember if they ever got any Deluxe wave past that. The only TR stuff they've gotten is Wave 1 of the Titan Masters. A couple of Scattershots, a couple of Leader Skywarps, some RID Minicons and usually a couple of the battle packs. The Legion wave with Clampdown and Thunderhoof. They've been completely sold out of Warriors for about a month, just bare pegs there. And they have the One-Steps, the wave with Bisk in it. And the big 5-pack, or whatever it is.

Come to Japan where our local toy selling outlets all have nothing except RID garbage and no TR or CW stuff whatsoever. Then tell me about how bad it is in Lafayette.

I had it bad at 29 Palms,CA, but it's a lot better in western WA. Try online since you know you can find what you want in a timely manner. Some figures may sell out fast, like Walgreen's Brainstorm and CW Groove.

Haha, very true. The only 'Titans Return' character I could find at Intertoys was Wheelie.

I've had it so bad right now I just straight up refuse to buy from actual stores now except for the Warrior Starscream & Paralon since you have to get them exclusively at Toys R Us.

Last I saw at my Walmart...

They have random stock of old RID Warriors (Fracture wave and before), they currently make sure to restock the RID One & Three Steps it seems with the new waves. They sit on one Armada Megs and Leader Skywarp. They stocked the first and second to last wave of Legends. They only ever stocked the CW Wave 4 deluxes and it took them seven months to get rid of the first stock and then they just now got a new batch in. And they don't stock the voyagers.

Heck I go elsewhere when I'm out of town since I only have one Walmart locally and its just as worse elsewhere. I've only seen three stores stock Titans Return and they are over two hours away.

Yeah they don't have trouble stocking the TF RID stuff but when it's TR they can't get them in.

I hail from somewhere in Nova Scotia, and I only have one remotely accessible Walmart to purchase figures from offline. It's very far away, as I live in the middle of nowhere.

During Combiner Wars, the Protectobot wave was shelf-warming for an entire year, much to my surprise. Wave 4 came and went leaving only the fixed hip Motormasters, two BC Primes and a Prowl. Wave five was briefly there, sans the Voyagers. Wave 6 never showed up at all.

The last time I was there about a month ago, they had a single Wave 4 Motormaster on clearance for 15 dollars. The only other Transformers stuff seems to be New RID which appears to be moving at the pace of a constipated turtle.(the remainder of the aisle consisted of the usual Star Wars, TMNT, Marvel, etc stuff)

I actually asked one of the people who worked there if they had more CW or possibly TR stuff in the back, but that sole Motormaster was it. They even told me that I'm better off looking on Ebay, as they need to do that for their grandchildren. Was quite surprised to hear an employee tell me that. o.o

I called the other day asking again about TR stuff, but the person on the other end could, unfortunately, only give me the vague answer of "Uh... We have Optimus Prime."

*feels like a Sucker for not snagging Battle Core Prime when she had the chance...*

We have about 8 pegs and a two-voyager-wide shelf space in Walmart here. Currently Scourge is on one of the pegs, and then some random RiD stuff on another one.

Local KMart doesn't carry TF's anymore, it seems.

At my local ToysRus, the action figure section got reset. Now, you'd think that would mean more Transformers, but no, that stuff has been reduced to a measly endcap, with stupid WWE and Batman V. Superman crap taking up most of the rest. What's more, most of that space is occupied by that stupid giant RID Bumblebee, and other one step crap. There isn't even any actual space for Voyager figures, and I'm kind of worried that this is going to be all the Transformers stuff we get, even with the holiday season. I almost can't believe that not so long ago, Transformers had an entire side of an aisle, and now it's nothing. No wonder sales are tanking. I hope somebody gets the message, or else are beloved Transformers might go extinct.
