I'm SURE someone has asked this before, but how is Robotkingdom?

I couldn't find anything helpful using the occasionally-iffy 'search forum' feature, so I wanted to ask - does anyone here have any good experience with Robotkingdom? I'm tempted by that Titans Return Brainstorm preorder just to save myself the heartache of driving to fifty Walgreen's to find one (and they have it shipping next month, which is weird?) but I wanted to see if anyone else here has an opinion on them either way.

And if Robotkingdom is no good, I'll also gladly accept alternatives for pre-ordering TR Brainstorm. :D

I've had four transactions with them since the beginning of the year. No issues at all; they really don't stand out or anything. Just paid for what I wanted and got it.

I only use them as a last resort if they stock something I can't find elsewhere stateside. Even then, I usually go to Chimungmung first for international retailers, as his communication is top-notch.

They're great as long as you don't have any QC issues with your figure...if you do, they seem to be the "order something else and we'll send the replacement part with it" type. And if you have to send the whole figure back, I think that's a major pain, too.

Oh, and their shipping rates are ridiculous...I realize they're in Hong Kong, but they seem to charge a lot more than anyone else from the same area.

I usually get stuff from there that I can't find anywhere else. Haven't had any issues.

I use to do high volume with Steven and had one issue with a shipment. He chose to ignore my issue so I saw him for what he is. A profiteer. BTW he hates Koreans and Japanese people.

Not challenging the validity of the statement, but seems like the type of thing that should be backed up with some reasoning or examples as to why you say it...

I imagine returns would be a headache. ButI've been using them for years with some frequency. It's usually the first place I look when BBTS is out (recently I've been using Chosen Prime as well)- but I've never once had an issue. Of course that means I don't know how their customer service is- but they've been great so far.

As stated above, shipping is high. Generally product costs less than BBTS, but shipping ends up putting me at just about the same place.

Delivery is efficient albeit expensive, EVEN to Singapore.

I have had no issues so far but usually only order from them when I don't have any other better alternatives.

Use Google instead. Just include the keyword "tfw2005" in the search field.

I've actually had better luck getting responses from Alice at RobotKingdom than from Tony at Chimungmung.

When I needed a replacement part for Wrath, they sent it to me separately free of charge...

I've ordered a couple of times from Robot Kingdom. I even had FT-03C Quakewave on pre-order and when I asked to cancel it they refunded my money with no issues at all.

IMO they are solid albeit with slightly higher shipping costs than other HK sellers.

Just did my first order through them. Is tracking from Hong Kong normally so unspecific? Screenshot_20180722-112029_Samsung Internet.jpg Screenshot_20180722-112035_Samsung Internet.jpg

I just bought dozens of legends figures. Its pretty good if you are buying bulk. Remember to fill all your account data. I left some info out and I wondered why they didn't ship my items out in a month. I finally emailed them and we got everything clarified and realized my items would had shipped in 2-3 days after I made the order. They used to take long but my last transaction was pretty fast for 11 figures.
