    Hi there everybody.

I am a bit noobish in the TF figure world, and I want to sell for the first time one of my figures, but I don't know what should be the price to give.

The figure is a Galaxy Convoy GC-01 (Takara), with all the accessories except the box and the instructions. Its state is PER-FECT because it has been in a glass cabinet almost untouched, so it works and looks as new.

MODERATORS: this post is not for selling anything, just to ask for some advice. Btw, sorry if I made any kind of mistake with this post.

Do a search for sold items of the same figure and base your price on what they sold for. I usually go with the median of the last 10 or so that sold

Sold a good few on there

Just look up what ya selling on there and filter to only show completed sold. That way you can see what it's going for and what people are willing to pay for it.

Couple tips: If you want to sell it faster, may want to include shipping in the asking price at the start and set it for free shipping. People like to see that. Also, check out want shipping rates are too so have an idea before posting. You can just ask the post office for a rough idea.

Also, be sure to remember that ebay does charge a fee for selling sometimes. I've sold a number of things only to get hit with a ebay fee about a month later. So EASY to forget about it. Fees are like a % of the selling cost.

    Good luck :thumb

    Thanks for those quick replies!

Yes, I have already searched on eBay for the same item, but all the units I see are MIB figures, and mine is out of the box, wich I know it affects a lot to the price. The problem I have is that I don't know how much should low it...

As I see, MIB the price is around 120€/130$ aprox... Well, I've seen some selling at 300+€ but I think that's a crazy price for this figure, even new and sealed.

So, if new or MIB is around 120€... 80€ without box, with accessories and perfect state? I don't know...

You want to look at completed auctions for that item to see the listings that actually sold and for what price. Much better than trying to base price on what is currently listed. Look for link on left side towards bottom.

Sometimes? They charge a fee all the time.

10% of what you sell the item for is the fee you owe eBay, so if your item sells for $100, you owe eBay $10. The fee is applied to your account immediately when the item sells, and you can either pay it right away via a link in your account or if you wait, at the end of the month they automatically bill your PayPal account. When I'm selling items, I just pay the fee before transferring my PayPal money.

Don't forget PayPal also takes a small cut out too, I think its like 2%.
