Amazon's delivery service: AMZL_US

    Has anyone here had any dealings with them?

    All of the reviews I've ever seen about this mysterious new Amazon courier has been nothing but terrible. I'm expecting a package today and was just wondering if any of you guys who've ordered from amazon directly have ever had to use them?

    I recently had an issue with FedEx regarding a package and am just hoping I don't encounter the same bad experience with these guys.

    Give me some optimism my friends. :)

    So despite reading literally hundreds of horror stories about this amazon courier service, I actually got my package in perfect condition on a Sunday, on memorial day weekend. awesome!

    I work for the UK version of it, I would have to check my NDA for what I can actually say but given the level of stuff I know is delivered first time compared to the amount of bitching on line (and hey I will admit some of it is fair, no company is perfect) I would say AMZL get a far worse rep than they deserve.
