Hi I am from the United States of America. It has been 2 years since transformers 4 has come out. Are there still any age of extinction toys left at target, walmart ect?

    -thanks

My local Target still has a couple of Leader Grimlocks, but all of the rest have disappeared. In my opinion, that's actually surprising, since I think Grimlock was actually the better of the two leaders.

Ross discount stores have been getting some of the later AoE deluxe figures in recently.

Target clearanced out all of their AOE stuff quite some time ago. I was confused last week to see some Leader class AoE toys at one of the slower Targets. The UPCs must have been fused together under the DPCI at some point, but it's weird that the leaders for AOE weren't still clearance.

I think I'm only just now not seeing a ton of AoE stuff everywhere. The later Deluxes still show up at Meijer and Target for me, a Target by my dad's house had a number of Leader Grimlock and Optimus, and the Toys R Us back in my hometown STILL has the weird Evolutions 2 packs, or at least they did the last time I was there. So while we might have finally moved on, you could still get lucky if you dig around.

It's because Leader Grimlock shares the DCPI with the current Generations Leaders, so they can't throw him out with the other AOEs and instead gets put on the shelves with Skywarp, Starscream, Thundercracker and Ultra Magnus.

The weird thing is that Generations Leaders used to have a separate, distinct DCPI with Jetfire, but when Thrilling 30 was switched over to Combiner Wars, the CW Leaders got the same DCPIs as the AOE Leaders that were on the shelves at that time. The Deluxe and Voyagers retained the same DCPIs from Thrilling 30, though.

I've only seen them at Ross stores as of late.

Though a buddy was at TRU earlier today and saw a full case's worth of Deluxe Scorn and Crosshairs. That's weird.

I can verify the same weird restock - Deluxe Scorns crowding the TRU pegs for $16.99 (!) Unbelievable. Maybe the dock strike episode left containers full of mint AOE toys collecting dust somewhere? That being said herculesbeetle, are you seeking particular AOE figures? They do still lurk online in various places. For example, HTS still has two of the AOE platinum sets, BBTS has several also. Good luck.

I'm shocked to see so many people still see Leader Grimlock; I thought things moved slowly around me but all the AOE stuff was cleaned out around Christmas time with some aggressive sales and whatnot.

The toys r us by me (in the UK...) have tons of the stuff.

Deluxe (?) Dinobots, Drift, Hound, Bumblebee

    Voyager (?) Grimlock

    One step everything.

    Three step most things.

Chomp and stomp Grimlock. Oh, and because they sold really well, Chomp and Stomp RID Gridlock.

Last week I saw at my nearest TRU a fresh row of AOE voyager Slogs. I was very puzzled by that (there was also a fresh batch of deluxe generations Crosscuts).

I've seen some deluxe Snarls, Lockdowns, Drifts, Bumblebees and Hot Shots at Marshalls and TJ Maxx.

Team: We're talking about AOE toys still available at brick and mortar retail...NOTHING ELSE.
