An IDW Scavengers set with: Krok from Snapdragon Crankcase from Legends Brawn(I know we haven't seen him yet!) Flywheels from Scourge Misfire from Blurr/Brainstorm Fulcrum from Cerebros(should be able to make a bomb from a head right?) And Spinster from.....Alpha Bravo!!(lol why not?)
Not sure how you turn Hardhead into Kup....since Kup's never been a Tank. Maybe Guzzle, or Warpath. Anyways... Leo Prime from Alpha Trion Croc Prime from Skullcruncher (From that G1 episode ;D) Aligatorcon from Skullcruncher Dion from Wheelie I would say Soundwave from Blaster, but that's been confirmed already. Also, just for the heck of it, Arcee from Chromedome, since there was a concept art from the G1 version there once.
I just figured it's the 30th anniversary of the 86 movie and we need a new Kup and why the hell not a tank? Lol. A heavy retool of Blurr would probably do better if they could get a truck out of it.
That works nicely if they trim down the arms a bit. So what do they use the Wheelie mold for? The obligatory Bumblebee for this line?
I posted a speculative list last month, but that was before it was clear that all the titan masters we've seen so far were alternative heads for deluxe/voyager molds that are coming down the line. Now I don't think there's enough slots to do all the non movie target masters, power masters and small headmasters. I'm now thinking... Hardhead - Kup - Perceptor Blurr - Brainstorm (confirmed obviously) Chromedome - Nightbeat - Siren Getaway - Hot Rod Weirdwolf - Fangry Skullcruncher - Horribull Mindwipe - Squeezeplay Cyclonus - Highbrow Beyond that I really couldn't guess until we get more of an idea of if the line will do non movie targetmasters, or powermasters or... Hardhead to Kup seems pretty easy to me. Chest turns into the front of the vehicle, arms and legs form wheels. The only bits that make Hardhead incredibly tank like are the tread molding (easily changed) and the backpack which has his canopy and cannon. Remove that from the Kup mold and replace it with something more fitting and voila! Headhead to Perceptor is even easier still if you simply change the cannon to percy's microscope.

I don't think Twincast is in the cards. Blasters titanmaster is Twincast after all. Plus Hasbro has a history of releasing Soundblasters but never Twincast's.
