I was wondering if TFsource has had any problems replacing broken stuff in the past. Cause I ordered a wave of figures and my Offroad came missing his right leg wheel. I know they replace stuff, but are they good about it?

In my experience, they're good about it except when it's an overly common issue or they just can't get enough stock to source replacement parts. In your case there should be no issue at all.

Alright, that's good. I couldn't see the missing wheel past the whole cardboard thing in the bubble. It perfectly blocks it.

They are great. My sunsurge came with a Fry who had 2 right legs. My new fry is already on the way. There website gives you instructions on how to contact them. Include a photo of the problem when you email them. It expedites things.

I've had them replace parts for me twice before. No problems on both occasions.

I had to file a Paypal claim after 3 ignored emails to get them to replace the robot arm on my Volar

Twice I've had defective parts on a figure and both times they came through.

I had a busted wing on my Maketoys Metalstorm and they replaced it without issue.

They have taken very good care of me a couple times. My DX9 Tyrant came missing a finger and they sent me a whole new hand. I noticed a breakage around a pin on a TFC Mixmaster, and even though it had been 4 months between the purchase and the breakage, they took care of me then too. So I would rate them very highly.

Twice i needed broken parts replaced. Both times they sent to me free of charge. Use the "contact us" on their website to get a faster response. Takes them a while to answer emails for some reason.
